License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase and payment, PetBookPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased codebase ("Product") under the terms outlined below.

2. License Terms

Your license permits you to:

• Use the Product for your business or one client deployment
• Modify and customize the source code as needed
• Deploy the Product on one production environment

3. Pricing & Future Updates

As new features are added to the Product, pricing may be updated to reflect the additional value. Your purchase locks in access to all features available at the time of purchase, plus any future updates pushed to the repository.

4. Restrictions

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code as-is
• Share your GitHub repository access with unauthorized users
• Claim the original code as your own creation
• Use the Product in any illegal or unauthorized manner

5. Intellectual Property

The Product and its original code remain the intellectual property of PetBookPro. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the original codebase.

6. Updates

Your purchase includes access to all future updates pushed to the repository. PetBookPro reserves the right to modify the update policy with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. PetBookPro may terminate your license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies.
